Inspired by the rare Black Oak trees that used to encompass one-third of Toronto’s High Park, we bring to you: Blossomed Oak, the 5th in our Ciderhouse Series.
This cider is fermented bone dry, aged on American & French oak chips and then sweetened with fresh apple juice. The result is a crisp semi-sweet cider, with extra body and a long finish.
